Welcome to blog “we the people”. This blog is a mean to share ideas, thoughts and opinions amongst us. This blog comes to encouraging interaction among the members/readers and to contributing more contents to it.

On behalf of blog “we the people” I would like to introduce me. I’m professional accountant, besides work I have interest in writing articles on topic of general interests like travel, people, culture, society etc. Here on behalf of blog I work as an administrator to manage the posts, design it, and obtain the members and readers contribution to bring more contents in order to meet the purpose of blog as stated above.

This blog titled “we the people” refers to unity among several of life elements which helps us to rejoice the living. Living happily means being loved by all the elements of Nature. Nature brings all of its elements to us to make our life happy and content only if we the people have compassion for healthier and wealthier living with trust and confidence in a society we live.

Since we live in a society mixed of multiple color, culture and faces; unity means love and faith among us for happier and healthier living. Thus life doesn’t mean I, it means we “We the People”; it means we “We the People”. Life is to celebrate and we have reason to celebrate if we understand life as “we the people” not I.

Looking back to what I learned from my past, I recalled so many incidents that kept on directing me and preparing me for the new endeavor. All the incidents were proved fortunate as it intends to prepare me well for the upcoming venture which I never know. The real life comprise of happy, humor and sad elements. I learned from life and want to pen it down to share with blog “we the people” so that this blog can share it with readers/members.

Sharing our thoughts helps to understand people’s thoughts and thus enriches our own thoughts. Our thoughts should not be restricted to our self; rather it has to be shared, sharing it; it gets the flavor of all of our society thoughts. This indeed helps us to understand each other better to communicate with higher understandings with greater sense of belongingness.

Once again on behalf of blog “we the people” I would like welcome all of you here and invite your active participation by sharing your opinion to us through articles and putting comments to articles posted. Any suggestion from our reader/member is heartily appreciated and would be honored without delay.

As per the policy of blog “we the people” we would not post article that provoke into argument, rather we would put the opinion to encourage discussion to reach into logical conclusions.

Violence for Civilization

Frustrations are genuine, actions caused by those frustrations may be called violent in the civilized world, but the reason behind violence is disappointment, loss of hope and faith in administration, on their failed policies and practices.

They are called rioters in London, Greece and US but peaceful protesters in Middle East. The thousands of people who are in streets are not mad, they are mad at administration, false promise and failed policies. People need jobs; they need health care, they need to be heard, they need attention from government who can support to secure and build their future.

Government is doing nothing much leading people to live with frustration, leading them to streets for their demand, for them to be heard.

Thousands of people are jobless, homeless, left hopeless and living helpless; they are displaced by the broken society where care is only given to riches ….ultimately creating the disappointment among public on the way development progresses. Millions of people are still struggling for food, shelter and safety.

Countries are fighting against each other for their own pride, for selfish attainment and for building their own empire. Starvation, lack of proper nutrition, infant mortality, and endemic are common across the world are ignored.

What really interests Rich nations is on empowering the few business man, bankers who support to build their malicious empire; empire driven by reckless selfishness, where self interest is more than the common interest of peace and progress. They don’t hesitate to go against the peace and progress of others to ensure their empire is not hated, their empire is doesn’t suffer the crack and protest.

US, Greece and London are just an example of the concern that prevails worldwide. People are into real trouble, if people are losing jobs in west, in east they are they are fighting to bring democracy and freedom. In Afghanistan and Iraq people are still suffering from the worst violence we have ever witnessed. Road side bombing, abuse, murder, kidnapping, robbery is agonizing the normal living. Inadequate facilities, lack of appropriate emergency assistance and safety measures from the government and administration, people are just being victim of corrupt and failed society and they flee helpless with no gleam of hope in horizon.

Administrations and authorities are the real Vampire who budget all the expenses in the name of poor; their budget is full of promise for proving road, bridges, school and healthcare, but all are just to look good in paper, money flows into pockets of corrupt officials and less is spend on ground just to fool public and show false picture of progress of their promises.

We are living in chaos, a chaos which is complex which promotes the empire, ruin the democracy, bring inequality, and favor the riches and cost the poor’s, leaved more sufferings, sorrows and hurdle …

Noise of bullets, cry of people, and hostility of the climate change, cruelty of economy and global markets, and war of all sorts prevailing in our society is a worse havoc ever witnessed in this 21^st century. People are crying for help, peace, progress and security.

We are living in the broken society, failed administration, false promises and policies. We need change and it is required in all parts of world both east and west. Let’s join hands together and fight against the brutality of our administration and let’s take charge to build our future and future of generations to come. Let’s not ignore violence, sometime we have to believe violence to know the cause behind it. People are not mad, they are mad at administration.

Academic Supremacy!!!!

Real education comes with the experience. If you completely rely on the knowledge you gain from the books or classroom, probably you may be mistaken, because you may have no clue on the problems you may be facing in reality.

Being more practical is to be more objective and to be closer to reality. We learn more by doing things than by reading. Studying in school or college is just like to going to book store without any knowledge which book to purchase. When we are more practical, we understand our needs better, we become more specific and we go to store particularly to find out the book that relates to our needs.

Does Academic supremacy bring you close to reality???…. not really …. Classroom environment is very controlled environment and is very different from the reality outside. The real education starts from home, then on streets and then on dealing with varieties of the real life situations where we have to count on our self than on anyone else. People can betray you, false you or may trick you. Real education comes with the experience.

We need to deal with reality. We need to face, we need to interact, we need to interpret, we need to make choices, we need to be involved, we need to be social, and we need to grow more matured, make decisions, and share our views and opinions.

The more you interact with people, the more you face reality, the more you understand yourself, the more you train yourself, the more you grow tougher and the more you start believing yourself than on others.

You may be good in understanding things but implementing and developing is the real life challenge. Developing and implementing yourself doesn’t really happen in the control environment of classroom, this is what we need to be edged on.

I believe more in experience than academic qualifications. In academic you read more than doing things. This is how you start but need to grow further ahead. Academic supremacy is not the method to rate the overall personality. Considering myself as an example, I learned more by watching and listening than by reading. But it doesn’t mean at all in any sense that reading is useless; reading something with the purpose of doing something will add value to your purpose, will give some guidance and direction and will assist you to some extent.

Experience gives us understanding of real life situations. More we observe things, more we get matured and more we understand the incident and situations more we apt our response and more we become responsive and remain more attended for the solutions. With practice, we will keep on improving our understanding on the situations and our problem solving and decision making will be more accurate and result driven.

The more we face the situations, the more we observe situations, more we come out with varieties of practical problem solving tools and methods and that is how we bring habit of making decisions crafting all the situations in our imaginations.

We need to grow more practical than more academic. This doesn’t mean we need to ignore the good part of academic, but we can learn and apply things only when we do things.

More the child fall, more he comes out with the effort of standing up, and when he keeps on rising after every fall, the day will come where he will be running and jumping completely controlled. This is how we grow and this is how we should be growing matured. We need to fall on situations so that we understand it and grow more matured to deal with.

Most of the things in life are common sense and things are fairly easy and simple if we follow the processes, apply appropriate tools and techniques.

This is not false, there are equally the numbers of the successful people who are college drop outs, because they do not go for academic but they do go for something that is more practical.

Take example of Steve Jobs, Bill Gates… I am just mentioning them because they are among known figure in recent times, but there are numbers of successful personality who without supremacy of education are successfully running the business, they are into politics, they are researchers, engineers, designers, actors and list goes on…

Most of the successful person grows with experience, even if most of the successful person may be college drop outs, but the reason they succeed is because somehow they were able to get some sort of practice on the things, they got training or they got associated with people and things on which they are more interested.

We need training, we need trainer, we need tools and we need knowledge to operate… all go together but when you follow more on academic then you may lose the track despite being strong in academic, as only academic doesn’t define your interest and needs. When you are more practical, and then you choose the academics which can help you, otherwise if we be more academic, it will be just like going to book store without knowing which book to purchase.

Getting rating in schools may help you more academically. You may be awarded in college for your rating but never mistake yourself, you can’t rely on ratings, life is learning process and you get more matured with the experiences you encountered in life. More you experienced in life more you grow matured, more you can understand, interpret and decide on things.

If you are happy with the academic rating, it is good thing to do, but we may need to understand that this rating is for the education you achieved in the very controlled situation whilst the world outside is completely different. If you stop yourself getting involved with the world outside, you may turn to be unsuccessful and failure.

10 interesting things about "Me"

[Author would like to share some of the interesting thing happened to him, some are funny, some bit inspiring and some lesson learnt and some part of experience. He started with the humor he found in punishment he got from teacher, how he trick his mom to escape from study to playground, love letter he wrote was not for him but somehow mistakenly delivered to one who others believe was intended for, his race of proving his friendship closer than of others, how he was caught into laziness when he followed a girl of his classroom, some of the words of his admiration to one who he admire most, how he was told cheater and thief by his best friend, and his application to teacher for excuse of not paying tuition fees.]

1. Unknowingly I fall on the way to follow someone and caught on my laziness, doziness; it was interesting how I overcome!!

When I was kid and was studying in junior school, to my surprise I started feeling that I am following one of the girl in the class. She was very informal, crazy, bit untidy but still I kept on falling on her way. Her way to school and my way to school fall in the mid way and most of the time I feel I am following her to school. Sometime, I do feel I am following her back to home. I never dare to overtake her …. One day I do try to leave her behind, but feeling was bit awkward, it was as if I was bringing some sort of completion on who will turn first to school, rather I always preferred giving her a lead …. But, she was slow moving … and was making me bit lazy, dozy …

To rule out my haziness and bring back my agile, I found out the alternate way at some cost of time and few more miles; though the rout which was bit longer but it was my choice, it was free from traffic and there was no lazy, dozy in me …

2. Mystery behind my comfort with the punishment I got in my junior school

I was happy when my teacher punished me by making me stand on my bench. Rather, I was delighted when I was punished as such. She feels I have no shame on me, but she got amazed when she found the mystery of my excitement. When she asked why I am so excited about the punishment she offered to me? I replied, I am getting the decent view of whole classroom, and I can see our classroom is pretty beautiful, and most importantly my site is able to reach place where I want to see… even to the corner of the room is at my reach. I can gaze this room like an eagle and I can hunt my prey …. I can gaze even to the deepest corner of this room….

And then my teacher found the girl who is sting on the corner who I was flirting with …. She then found how comfortable to gaze even on girl sitting on the deep corner of the room, which would have been just impossible when I be seated, as I have to face lots of heads in between obstructing my target. She got embarrassed when she found her punishment was serving me to prey on my target.

3. I broke silence with truth – Love letter I wrote was not intended for her….

When I left my note book in my classroom and went to my hostel for a break, one of my class mates found love letter in my notebook, and he presumed it to be for one of the girl in the class…. Without my information, he acted smart and referred the letter to a girl who he believe was intended for….

When I returned to class from a break, classroom was unusually into deep silence, I can sense something deeply wrong and it seems everyone is waiting for my arrival… next I was followed by a very unusual graceful smile from one of the girl to whom my letter was referred to… I was really socked on something that is going wrong…. She never ever looked at me and smiled for me ever before. Though I had silent admiration for her beauty… I never expressed my pride on her beauty (and so I called it as a silent admiration) …

I needed to break silence of my classroom, and in deep puzzle and with intense curiosity I asked to my neighbor about if something is going wrong… and why our class is behaving so unusually … he replied to me that my letter was very impressive and she liked it …. I had no clue which letter he is referring to … then he showed the paper he found inside my notebook …… He was joined with others and all together responded me… this is the letter we found in your notebook and we have shared with everyone and especially to her …

I broke into laugh... and broke the peace ... this was written by me but not for me, I was favoring one of my friend for writing his love letter … I am sorry to all but I need to break silence with the truth…

4. I don’t want to fall behind. I was caught into race of proving my friendship closer than of others!! Lesson I Learnt – Don’t prove to one who fails to understand your respect and pride for one.

When I was a kid, may be studying in grade three, there was lots of craze of collecting the postcard of the celebrities, wrestlers, beautiful scene of natures, landscape … I don’t have money to purchase those cards because our family was struggling for the daily living and during those days spending money beyond necessity was not possible. In my school I noticed that students keeps on expressing wishes, good luck on the cards especially on birthday to their close friends.

I was caught into race of proving my friendship closer than of others and I don’t want to fall behind!! One day, I found some of my friend turning into foe. My friends who I consider my allies were into activity of impressing a girl who I was more interested on. It was not a love … it’s just a close childhood friend… hope you all can appreciate and understand as child innocence… I was just into race of proving my friendship is closer than others….

I found some of my allies were able to impress some girls with the good looking postcards… It seems easy for me also, I thought to apply that on the girl who I admire… but I found there were already some trying to impress her before I could… I never give up and I thought I should give a card to her before anyone gives... I don’t want to be behind in the race and I need to get it done before anyone does. It was just childhood innocence and craze behind this race was seer for self pride.

But there is no money to buy the card. One day, when I was given some pocket money for my school Tiffin, I took a fast for the day, saved penny and got the card which I felt was more important than my food for the day. I can survive without food but not from any embarrassment of losing the race I am into.

I finally got a card and gave it to the girl who I admired most during those days… She was very happy to get it… All this episode was closely monitored by one of my allies turned into foe, he was annoyed because he was trying to prove his friendship more closer than of mine … Next day I found him giving her card of the size bigger than of mine and of the actor who she admire most … I found her more happier and excited than she was with mine card, I believe I lost the battle, I lose race of proving my friendship more closer than others?? But I learned lesson - not to follow the one who is more impressed by the size of card rather than by the love, pride and respect we have in our heart, not to follow the one who fails to appreciate the value of friendship… I am not a loser, I learned lesson – “value of friendship lies in love, respect we have for each other”.

5. How to trick mom?? Probably, I can give you good lesson on this… I keep on tricking my mom since I was childhood….

She always keep on enforcing me in my study room, it scares me whenever she is around. She is my Mom and I found her tougher than my school teacher … whenever she is around, I was tuned to bend my head to follow the books lying on the ground. … But she was kind enough to provide me with food and good healthcare… But studying every time is not my choice… I hate to study... Book gives me pain and headache… and I am more excited to join with the noise of children playing outside the ground….

In my study room I was accompanied by my brother who was bit sincere and follow the order of mom and those days he is my mom’s favorite. My mom generally peeps far from the door just to check we are into studies … she respect silence and doesn’t interrupt us during study hours …. My brother was ready to offer me help, and with his consent we agreed to put a dummy in our study room…. A dummy which closely resembles me from the back rapped in the blanket….

This trick worked and it happened for quite some day until she found that she was mistaken me with the dummy … she was annoyed, but at the same time she was impressed on my trick.… it worked for a while and I rejoiced my freedom ….

6. My application for excuse for not paying tuition fees

My school teacher punished me for not paying the school fees on time. As a part of punishment; I was out of the class for two continuous days …. One of my friend suggested on how to get rid of this as it is more upsetting and truly frustrating…. He suggested me to write an application for excuse and giving commitment of the payment of tuition fees and he was ready to forge signature of my parent…

As planned, that night I took a sample of my dad signature, and I completed my application for excuse... and so far I recall… application goes like this … Dear sir, I am not able to pay fees for my son Bijay because I run sort of money paying for my own education. But I assure, next month I will clear all of my Son’s tuition dues … please don’t punish my son Bijay…. Thanks….

It was easy for my teacher to doubt the authenticity of this letter; wordings of application were annoyingly awkward and don’t sound genuine. I was confident my teacher will have mercy on me. Adversely to my expectation, my teacher turned crueler and fueled more disappointment and embarrassment to me. He opened letter in front of the whole class and read that letter and warned everyone if they dare to produce any letter which is forged … it’s hard to imagine what he did to me next… he ordered me to pull my shirts and stand barely naked … It was hard and really frustrating to face everyone...

I was punished more than before and then I realized not to follow anyone, not believe in anyone … believe in yourself, share with family and friends who you count, they will surely help and rescue in need. When my dad found I am being embarrassed like this, he always ensures fees are paid and I don’t have any sort of embarrassment situation like this again.

7. My some words to one who I admire most – You are my Hero!!

You are my real hero ... You are my dream, you are my admiration, you are my inspiration, you are my faith, you are my honor, you are my respect, you are my happiness, you are my excitement, you are my patience, you are my encouragement , you are my confidence, you are my hope, you are my fun, you are my fortune , you are my peace, you are my care, you are my heal, you are my glamour, you are my hero.....

Your smile, your success, your happiness means a lot to someone who loves you most, who cares you most, who are counting on you, who want you to succeed, who want you to be most happiest person.

You are my smile…. If I am hungry for something, that is your smile, if I am thirsty for something, that is your smile. Your smile means a lot to someone who loves you, who cares you.

8. I was called cheater and thief by my best friend

My best friend lost his new watch which he purchased just last day. His watch was missing from the classroom.

When he purchased the watch he was very excited and I was the first who he showed the watch and I was very delighted for him. It was a digital watch and was recently into fashion and there was a craze among children to have those fancy watches, and it’s a pride to have it.

Since he is my best friend I sit next to him in classroom. We go for break together and spend most of the time together. Even outside school we often meet and play together. But, there are some groups of students who don’t like our friendship. During past, we do have encountered some bit of frustrating behavior from some of those but nothing affected our friendship.

When watch was lost from classroom, I and he went to complain teacher for the loss. Teacher asked to check the bag of all the students. Me and him checked the bag of all the students but could not find the watch. Most of them were unhappy that I was also asked to assist in checking bag. Unfortunately I missed to check my own bag, and I was blamed for checking everyone’s bag but not of mine. Most of them stated expressing their dissatisfaction on my checking and some started blaming me as a reason for loss of watch. Some of the students also told teacher that only person who knows most about the watch is me. I was trapped and my friend finally blamed me for the loss of watch and he complained to principal that I only know where watch is kept and he has doubt on me. I was disappointed on the friend who I trust most and with whom I spend most of time.

Principal was cruel and started beating me, hammering me with his thick stick to confess and give the watch back. More I denied more he hammered his stick and he didn’t stop until it broke into pieces. I was crying helpless, but I kept denying. He told I might have sold watch outside and kept on threatening me, but I kept denying.

Evening when I returned to my home, my eyes were swelling, it was red, and I have marks of sticks all around my body, my cheeks was in red due to his ruthless slapping. When my mom saw me she broke into tears.

I was taken to hospital. Next day my mom went to school and complained against the behavior of principal. He finally apologized for his mistake.

I was adamant, I didn’t lie to anyone, and I rejected all the blame. I was honest and justice has to be offered to me. This is just an experience of my life encountered at initial stage of childhood. There then, I realized, we always have to count on self, believe in self and believe in God, and if you are truth, no one can harm you and you can survive even the greatest tide.

Quick Personality Traits….

When I was running with 3 coins in same pocket, I was stopped several times by the grating noise of coins. This trembling noise keeps getting louder as and when I increased my pace. I can’t simply get it going; I need to stop and think on ways to halt it as it is getting too much against my peace.

I need to act on it, I can’t take this anymore. I took out two coins from the pocket and kept in another pocket. Though the sound was less irritating but still it was disgusting and my action was not enough to stop them from annoying me anymore.

Now two coins in same pocket have to be separated, to stop them beating against another so that I can liberate myself from disturb of noise. I took out my handkerchief and rapped one coin inside and left other in my pocket.

The moral of this experience was that if there is problem there is definitely a way to solve it. Sometime, there may be many different solutions for the same problems, but to make a choice for the best one is the real challenge. We cannot simply walk with problems for long; we need to take action and only timely action counts if we need results. If I could not have other option or solutions for reducing the noise of coins, I could have thrown the coin but I did not try this option so long I have some other good option. But if there is no other option left out, then option of throwing coin may not be bad option.

We should be passionate for what we are working and where we are working. We need to keep running to pursue our passion. If we stop running for long it will have two extreme consequences. One is if we start running after long gap then, either we could be able to run long distance or we could not be able to run as we lost our practice of run. This applies in our daily living also. We all do not want to be part of these two extreme situations. Therefore we need to make habit of keep running for some time for some miles every day; we can’t afford to stop it completely.

Days never stop, have we needed to rise with each day, start working, rest till the morning dawn and then again follow the same cycle with the passion and compassion of doing something different and pursuing our interest and do not stop ourselves and keeping on achieving our goals.

In Search of ….Someone.... for.… Something....

Author suggests readers to live life with purpose and go beyond the boundaries existed in society, go beyond family and those related and search for something which you can give to someone in need and search for someone who needs you. Author further addresses, to live selfless, live in hope and with determination to make dream come true. Here in this article author keeps questioning himself and finds the ways to realize what he has dreamt off…]

One day, my dream is to share my achievement with millions. I don’t want to be very selfish with my life, where I will be doing everything for myself. I don’t want live my life feeding myself and to only those related to me and get older leaving everything beside without contributing to the one who really needed.

I am ambitious and my ambition is not small, I want to do something great and offer something different to the people around, where my energy, skill, knowledge and love are shared and reaches to the people in need.

I am in search of someone who needs me; I am in search of something which I can give, which I can share with someone in need. I am in search of accomplishment that matters a lot to someone that makes difference in someone’s living. I would like to extend my hand and share what I achieved to all those who are indeed in search of someone who can change their lives, who can contribute to their living and who can make things sail around.

I don’t want to live my live only for my family, my relatives and for my children. I want to go beyond that, I want to go beyond my family; I want to go beyond myself. I want to live for people who need me most, I want to reach them, I want to inspire them, I want to teach team, I want to guide them, and help them in all possible ways I can.

Days are not far away, distance are not miles away, if there is dream and if there is hope and if there is someone who is there to help and heal, you will be driven by the attraction of achievement, clouds of hope will gather and accomplishment will shower.

But can I really do it all, can I achieve it all until I am not happy with myself, until I am not helped……?

I also need someone who can help me, who can heal me, the one who can guide me, either in the days of prosperity or in the days of sorrows, no matter in days or night, in morning or evening. Either in the darkness of night or in the brightness of noon, I want to be with someone who can read me, sail me, feed me, the one who can give me hope and faith and help me on my dream come true.

[Author in the imagination of loved ones]….. I can’t really start myself until I am not healthy; until I am not supported and until I am not loved; and you are the one who is making me happy, giving me love and so far you are there with me, I have hope in my eyes, faith in my future. With you, your love, and your support, no matter in the darkness of midnight or in the brightness of noon, I can and I will sail and survive the greatest tide, tear the tiredness, and harness myself for our future to be full of peace, fun and fortune and live my life in the reality of dream coming true.

Determination of doing good will never be distracted, and hope of fortune and prosperity will never deter; If we are driven by will for good cause, we will be attracted towards the achievement, success will follow our will, our effort will bring accomplishment and we will be headed towards bliss. If we are driven by determination, our drive is unconditional and ours “will” will fly and will sail even in the stormy wind or in the monstrous darkness.

I love my dream and my dream is my hope; hope is my will; will is my energy; energy is my support and help and heal from someone who love me is my guide towards reality where dream will be in front of my eyes and bliss will be in entire atmosphere.

Am I happy, content, satisfied……..?

I am rich, I can afford my necessity and can bring luxury to my living, but am not content, neither happy nor satisfied.

Does money really matter if it can’t bring happiness; does it really matter if it doesn’t reach the one who need it most?

Money does not matter if it can’t bring happiness; it does not matter if it doesn’t reach the one who need it most. If it doesn’t help and heal, it will be just a piece of paper.

I want money; I need money that can bring happiness that can help and heal and can reach to one who needs it most.

Is money just a piece of paper; is it just something which we seal in cookie jar?

Money doesn’t have value if there is no purpose. Before money reach to us we need to find the purpose.

Life doesn’t have value either if it is not driven by purpose and purpose is our dream, dream is our hope and hope is our will and will is our energy and energy is our support……………..that leads us towards prosperity.

We should be driven by determination and determination is the purpose…. Live life with the purpose, purpose to do something that create value, that make people wealthy, that make us feel content and happy.

Is Money just in form of paper?

Money is our self, money is within us, and nothing is more precious than our self. We are more precious than gold, diamond or any precious metal discovered in this world. We need to find believe, hope, faith, dream and purpose in our self. We can do miracle, we can achieve wonder, and magic will happen if we have vision, if we have purpose and if we are driven by determination and if we are selfless.

Am I a leader?

[As a leader we need to bring new ideas, thoughts that lead us to peace, progress and prosperity. We live in real life where we need fun, joy, success; defeat fear and sorrows our society suffers. We need to be defiant with the purpose and retain our hope, attain our dream. Here Author shares some of the key character of leader and inspires the reader to act for the real cause, to be the leader and keep on practicing success for keeping us achieving another one.]

Don’t be an actor, be a leader. If you go for the popularity, you may lose the drive and direction. You may be contributing more towards your own popularity than towards the society pride. Leaders are selfless; Popularity is not their mission; leaders have ambition to contribute, make our society better place to live, and bring hope and faith in our future.

If you have to share the stage where you are more concerned with winning the resolution and solidarity, you are probably compromising with the popularity because you have to make unequivocal decision in yes and no and there is no scope of muddling up and even if it happens it won’t last long.

Leaders are for the society, they are for all. There don’t go by or they are not for majority or minority. Leaders, by virtue of their will and wisdom make people follow him for the mankind and for the splendor he envisage in our future.

Leaders don’t go for making everyone happy. If you want to make everyone happy you rather end up dissatisfying the most and will ruin your potent and direction. Leaders don’t follow to satisfy the will of others, rather he creates will in people and persuades them towards the future he believes in, towards the future that offers peace and pride.

Leaders are the real character of our society; they embrace the success, they face challenges and they have vision for the future and value the potential that society inherits. Leaders are focused, they are optimistic; they are reliable, they are astute, and educated. They are driven by moral thoughts; they are ambitious smart and agile.

Being an actor may be easy as you represent the crowd you love or you relate to the crowd who loves you. You have the privilege to confine yourself within the particular interest group. Leaders are not actors who scope various stages performing the act toning the perspective of each of different group. Unlike leaders actors can dance for dance lovers, they can be sporty for sport lovers, and can sing for the song lovers and similarly cope with different perspective and interests of the group of lovers. Leaders don’t act to entertain but they perform to make difference in society and make things happen. Leaders bring changes, promotes progress and peace.

Actors are celebrities, they are celebrated; what they do is watched for the purpose of entertainment and entertainment suffers the age. Entertainment also has the age; it last for the limited period and it may be for few seconds, hours but cannot be for the days, months or years. Leaders impact the future of the society. They can give directions; they envisage the potential and hidden treasure, bring new ideas and perspective and inspire the millions for the good cause and for the days of pride ahead. Leaders are optimistic, they are defiant and they are never defeated in their vision and mission and they are the one who is sailed by the millions of supports who support them for the hope and faith on tomorrow. They don’t entertain with the materialistic joy, rater they inspire for real joy, joy which we can cherish, which we can live with, joy which will last long and joy which will change the perspective. Leaders entertain for some purpose and the purpose is real.

Our society needs leaders. Leader’s doesn’t scale their success; they keep practicing the success achieved and keep on heading for another one.

……. We may get lost and overwhelmed in success and invite lots of problems and finally loose success. Life is a journey and it has obstacles, we are here to make it perfect. There are problems and solving it leads to success. Never count success; Sometime success may be too dangerous. We cannot scale our success; we may be too immature to scale it. Also, Success is not indefinite and it suffers age. Success has a tendency to relax people. We should cheer success but should never relax with it.

Challenges of our life are plenty and we need plenty of success to hit and hunt it. Success opens door to combat the challenges ahead and more we head ahead more it leads to success and more success leads to prosperity we dreams of. Definitely we need success but cannot relax with just one or two. Success cannot live with us for long if we do not care. We need to practice our success for keep achieving another one. There is no failure unless we are having continues effort. Success is the manifestation of continuous effort. Success doesn’t mean we should stop our continuous effort, we need to work, work and work and there is no end to it.

Leaders care for things; they provide ways to cure problems. Leaders are advocate of the work, will, fun and fortune. Leaders don’t rely, neither they depend; they work and harness the power they need to rely upon.

Leaders are the one who are driven by the power of will and wisdom. They don’t ask Lord but they demand from what Lord gave to us.

Leaders’ inherent character explained as …….. I am the human, one of the children’s of Lord like all of us. I don’t want to ask Lord many, because Lord has many to ask and if I ask, it may be too many for the Lord. I limit my demand and I believe He made us self reliant and we can live life, find our happiness and purpose with the help of divine power He gifted to us. Leaders don’t ask they demand from what God gave to them.

Leaders are our mothers. With care we start and with training and support we run and with success we fly. We are born under immense care, we are born by the grace of our mother, she feed us inside her womb and when she bring us to this world she closely care us with food, sleep, health… We are taught by her to smile, cry, laugh, talk, walk, hear, see and feel….

[Author’s Message relating himself I as object of Leader]… As with all, without her and without her continuous monitoring I would not have born or I would not have grownup. I would not have been born unless I was not so cared and I owe it to her and I am there to the care the people and society who cared us. I belong to this society; I belong to this world where nothing happens without care. We can’t leave anything and anyone helpless, if not cared we should not delay the cure. Let’s be the leader and offer care and cure.

Leaders don’t lead; they allow our will and wisdom lead us. Leaders don’t believe in democracy, there is no such democracy that promotes equality. Government and Representatives are chosen by the choice of majority. Democracy promotes freedom but doesn’t promote equality. The principle of Democracy lies in the hands of our representatives. If they are biased it will encourage inequality, they will favor riches and forget the poor, promote the corporate and traders, and will forget the farmers who feed us, labors who build bridges and roads for us and teachers who knowledge us…… They will be more towards the greed of traders and entrepreneurs than the real strength that drives our economy. The real strength lies on our people who work, teach, build, and develop. If you give money in the pocket of poor they will feed the hunger, get their kids to hospital, procure the necessity to shelter and live. Riches have money beyond the necessity; their needs are entertainment, lavishness and the greed to get more and more.

Leaders are not deviated, they are not distracted, they are neither defeated; leaders keep hunkering down day night to attain the achievement.

Building doesn’t stand by themselves, each brick share the strength with others and make the whole structure stand firm and strong. Bricks and stones are given the structure of roads and buildings. Care the brick; they are the founders of the structure.

Let’s start with each brick, and brick by brick will bring us to the destiny where our future lies on our foundation that will not wear, that will not defy but will stand by us either in prosperity or in despair and will protect us, secure us and inspire us for better tomorrow.
